Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Caeles, MB, trading as Feels Like Bali, company code 304426025, registered at Daujėnėlių g. 25, Daujėnai, Pasvalio r., Lithuania. You can reach us at hello@feelslikebali.com.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form on this website, we receive:

  • your name (first name, and last name if you give it)
  • your email address
  • your phone or WhatsApp number, if you give it
  • the country you are in
  • your project type, and the service, budget and timeline if you choose them
  • the message you write
  • a hashed version of your IP address. We cannot turn it back into your IP address. We use it only to limit spam, for example by capping how many enquiries one connection can send per hour.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive what you send.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare quotes. We also use the hashed IP address to keep spam and abuse out of our inbox.

Legal basis

  • Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Spam prevention with the hashed IP address: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the form and our inbox usable.
  • Anonymous visit and click totals: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site people use. The totals contain no personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a contract follows. In that case we keep the records the law requires for the contract. The hashed IP address counts towards the spam limit for one hour. It is also stored with the enquiry and kept for as long as the enquiry is.

Who processes your data

  • Hostinger, which provides our website hosting and email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp. Their own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Images, fonts, cookies and tracking

  • The photographs on this site are loaded from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com). When your browser loads them, Unsplash receives your IP address and standard browser information.
  • Fonts are hosted on our own server. No request goes to Google Fonts.
  • We count page visits and button clicks as anonymous daily totals on our own server, with no cookies, no IP addresses and no third parties. We set no cookies and we do not track you.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@feelslikebali.com.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work.
